Four commitments, for every patient, at both offices.

Before any significant treatment, we email you an itemized written estimate. You'll have it in your inbox — not just a verbal number at the front desk.

If any item on your estimate depends on plan details we can't verify, we tell you before you approve treatment — not after.

For larger treatment plans that aren't urgent, we'll offer to submit a pre-determination (EOB) to your insurer first — so you can have near-certainty before you start.

If your bill doesn't match your estimate, contact us and ask for a billing review. We'll pull your estimate and your insurer's actual payment, and walk through the difference with you line by line.
There are two ways to estimate your coverage. Here's how to choose:
Routine cleaning or checkup
Standard estimate is almost always sufficient
Urgent or time-sensitive treatment
Standard estimate — waiting 4–6 weeks may risk your health
Major work (crowns, implants, ortho) and you can wait
Ask us for an EOB — we'll submit it for you
You've had billing surprises before, anywhere
Tell us. We'll walk through your plan together and recommend the safer route
